We provide full-service boba cart rentals for private and corporate events. Each booking includes setup, drink service, and breakdown of a customizable boba tea cart. Customers may choose from a selection of drinks (e.g., Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Mango Green Tea) and toppings (e.g., boba, lychee jelly) as part of their rental package. We offer both self-serve and staffed options depending on the booking. Photos, drink options, and event samples are available on our website.

Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If we are unable to fulfill the booking on our end (e.g., due to equipment failure or emergency), we will issue a full refund.
Paymeny Policy
An advance payment of at least 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event, prior to the commencement of the event and upon arrival at the venue.
The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
Delivery Policy
We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup. Our team handles delivery, setup, service, and teardown. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
Return Policy
Returns are not applicable, as this is a service-based rental. There are no returns or refunds after the service is rendered.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not permitted. All sales are final.
Legal/Export Restrictions
We do not ship physical products internationally. Our services are available only within our operating region. We do not serve alcohol or controlled substances.

Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotional rates or packages. All promotions will include terms and expiration dates, which will be visible at checkout or on the promotions page. Promotions are not retroactive.
